Celebrate With Your Jugo Family!
Did you know “Jugo” means juice in Spanish? While this weekend is Halloween, we also can’t wait to celebrate Dia de Los Muertos with you! Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, in English, is a tradition-filled holiday celebrating life and death in Mexican and Latin American culture. Taking place on November 1st and 2nd, families create offerendas (offerings) to honor the departed and celebrate the family being all together on this one special day a year. These ofrendas are usually placed in homes or next to graves and are decorated with beautiful yellow marigolds, past pictures of loved ones, and sugar skulls, an edible sweet in the shape of a skull. These ofrendas are said to help guide departed loved ones back to their families where they are reunited to celebrate life and death together.
This Dia de Los Muertos, we celebrate Latin heritage and our mission to provide each customer with the perfect healthy Jugolicious order.
